Vedix Marketing maintains a transparent policy regarding refunds and cancellations to ensure a fair experience for all clients.
Digital Products (PDFs): Due to the irrevocable nature of digital content, all educational PDF sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated.
Duplicate Payments: In the event of a technical glitch resulting in a duplicate payment, a 100% refund of the duplicate amount will be processed within 5–7 working days of being notified.
Services: Clients may cancel ongoing monthly service retainers by providing a 15-day written notice. Refunds for services already rendered are not permitted.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days as per banking standards.
